1. Placing your Order:
To place an order, please complete our online order form. Then print out the credit card authorization form. Once you have received your invoice via email, use the total on the invoice to complete the credit card authorization form then kindly fax it to (703)351-5153.

2. File Submission:
Upload files. We accept files in *.JPG, *.EPS, or *.TIFF formats - 300dpi resolution - CMYK color.

Please name files in the following format:

yourname_yourproject_Front.tif
yourname_yourproject_Back.tif

Designer's Check List:

1. 1/16 of an inch bleed, 0.125" extra side on the document
2. 300 dpi resolution
3. CMYK format
4. saved as a TIFF or EPS
   

Please double check your files to insure they meet the above requirements. TheMouseArtist is not liable for improperly submitted files. If your files do not meet the above specified requirements including proper 0.125" bleeds, 300 dpi resolution, CMYK color format, file-types and file-names, TheMouseArtist is required to charge a $30 set-up fee.  In-order to avoid these additional charges, please call our office to speak with a representative to further assist you. Any incorrect files will delay the turnaround time.

*EPS versions should have all text outlined prior to submission.
We recommend using the provided templates for your artwork.
**Digital proofs are not available on artwork submitted by the client.

3. Pick-Up/Shipping:
All orders are available for pick-up once you have received a phone call confirming your order is ready. We also offer 24-hour pick-up, shipping and delivery upon request.
