Q: Is Your Turnaround Guaranteed?
A: If your job is submitted and all the artwork is correct before 3pm EST, we guarantee that your job by 48 hours after your order is placed. Please note the remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a 25% refund or a courtesy rush on your next order (not including shipping charges). This applies only to products marked with our 24 Hour Turnaround seal.
Of course, this does not include holidays, weekends, or acts of nature and God. This is valid for only products, quantities of 5,000 that do not require bindery. Please keep in mind that shipping time is not covered under this guarantee
