Q: I'm having trouble uploading my digital files. What do I do?
A: Some internet browsers do not support our upload script. If this is the case with your order, you can email your order to artwork@themouseartist.com.
If your file is too large to send via email, please call us so that a customer service representative can go over both of these options with you. We'll help you decide on the best course of action to get your order processed efficiently as well as provide you with additional FTP information should you decide to go that route.
