Order Guide
- After placing your order, e-mail all text information, logos, and pictures you would like to include in your design to our Design Department at artwork@themouseartist.com. All information received before 2pm EST will be processed and designed that same business day. Anything after our 2pm deadline is not guaranteed to be designed on the same business day.
(Note: any pictures or logos to be used must be hi-resolution (300 dpi) and submitted as a TIFF / JPEG or EPS format. Please include all necessary fonts with the document and/or outline them properly.)
- After receiving all the information you would like included in your project, you will receive a phone call from one of our designers. They will review your information and get a general feel for your project, as well as establish a point of contact with you in regards to the job in question.
- When your project is complete, the designer will post your project on our website for you to proof. After receiving final approval on your project, it is sent to print. Final approval must be received by 4pm EST to ensure that your project goes to print for timely completion.
